With the increase of use time, when the inhalation resistance is too large, people will experience dizziness, chest tightness, vomiting and other discomforts. This is a typical symptom of hypoxia, especially in a high temperature environment, which is more likely to occur .


Experts recommend that you should be cautious about wearing masks for the elderly, weak, sick, disabled and other special people with cardiopulmonary functions. Whether you can wear them and how long they should wear them is recommended to consult a professional doctor. For general healthy people, if wearing a mask for a long time is uncomfortable, they must immediately take off the mask in a relatively empty and safe place, breathe in fresh air, and relieve the symptoms of hypoxia.



How to avoid secondary pollution caused by wearing masks in high temperature environment?

Masks can block bacteria, dust and harmful substances in the outside air, and can also adsorb and collect bacteria from their own respiratory tract. If you wear a mask all day long, it is likely that a large amount of bacteria and harmful substances will be contaminated on the mask. If the outside temperature is high, it will be more beneficial to the survival of these bacteria. These bacteria and harmful substances from their own respiratory tract will increase their secondary pollution.


Therefore, if you need to wear a mask all day, in hotter and hotter weather, it is best to prepare 2-3 or more masks, replace them at any time, to reduce the secondary pollution of masks on themselves.



How to avoid skin damage and infection?

1) Mouthwash

Gargle can remove food debris and some loose soft dirt. General fluoride mouthwash, children under 5 years of age have not been able to complete the swallowing function, it is not recommended. Children 5-6 years old use 5ml each time, children over 6 years old and adults use 10ml each time. Spit out after gargle for 1 minute, without eating or gargle for half an hour.


2) Brush your teeth

Brushing teeth can remove food debris, soft dirt and plaque on some tooth surfaces, and massage the gums, thereby reducing the pathogenic factors in the oral environment, enhancing the disease resistance of tissues, and reducing the occurrence of various oral diseases. It is recommended to brush your teeth once after a meal and before going to bed. The brushing time should not be too short, otherwise it is not enough to remove plaque, so the brushing time is 3 minutes each time, and 3 tooth surfaces (lip cheek, tongue, palate and occlusal surface) should be brushed.


3) Teeth cleaning

The interdental space is where plaque is formed. This area is difficult to brush and must be cleaned with toothpicks and dental floss.


4) Reasonable nutrition

Pay attention to the intake of calcium, phosphorus, vitamins and trace elements fluorine. Appropriate to eat some coarser and a certain degree of hardness of food to increase the self-cleaning effect of the mouth and the massage effect on the gums. Control sugar and refined sugars, especially children who refrain from eating confectionery before going to bed.


5) Regular oral health examination

Especially those who are over 40 years old who have been smoking, drinking or chewing betel nut for a long time, should have regular oral health examination.
